The London Sock Company is a premium sock subscription brand that encourages everyone to 'walk brighter'. They came to us looking for a rigid box solution after a rapid 70% increase in US sales. The high costs and complexity of their packaging process had become significant obstacles, and they needed to find a high quality, premium packaging solution that was affordable and easier to manage.

Sourceful partnered with the London Sock Company to devise a solution that would maintain the quality of their premium packaging while significantly reducing costs. We designed a new, more sustainable subscription mailer box that not only delivered an excellent brand experience but also came with a lower price tag.
The new packaging was versatile, allowing the London Sock Company to ship different combinations of socks, from small orders of 1-3 pairs to even larger ones. This flexibility meant a consistent and elegant unboxing experience for their customers and allowed the London Sock Company to more accurately order their stock.
As the smarter, more sustainable packaging company, we ensured that all new packaging was 100% kerbside recyclable and FSC-certified, too, aligning with the London Sock Company’s sustainability goals.
By implementing these changes, we achieved approximately 30% cost saving for them.
